New York State Police troopers were dispatched to the McDonald’s location in Dover at approximately 12:20 p.m. on Thursday afternoon to assist a concerned citizen who “reported inappropriate behavior,” according to a spokesperson.
Upon arrival at the parking lot, troopers reported that they observed Dover resident Vincent Sheeley, Jr. and Danbury resident Marissa Mongelli “engaging in sexual intercourse in public view.” Both Sheeley and Mongelli are 30 years old.
The two were arrested and charged with a misdemeanor count of public lewdness. Each was released on their own recognizance and are due back in Dover Justice Court on April 9 to answer the charges.
